I’m really not happy with my experience here and don’t see myself ordering again unless something is done to fix it. I expected better, and at this point I feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair.

I ordered a few skeins the colors looked almost exactly like the photos online, which I really appreciated. I always expect at least one to be a little off, and maybe one shade was slightly different in certain light, but also not enough for me to care. No big surprises when the package showed up, and for my projects that’s a huge deal. I’m happy with it, even though I’m still weirdly skeptical about buying yarn online

I stopped by after looking at loopyarn.com and was a little disappointed. The yarn selection itself was nice... lots of options and definitely enough to browse for a while. But the staff didn’t seem all that interested in helping, which kind of took away from the experience. I asked about a pattern twice and only got really short answers.
The checkout line also moved slowly, even though the shop wasn’t especially busy. Maybe I just caught them on an off day... but with the prices being what they are, I expected the service to be better. I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I was disappointed with the pattern selection. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and it kind of gave me the feeling they’re more focused on pushing sales than actually giving customers good options.

They seemed to actually know the different products well, which made it a lot easier for me to figure out what would be soft enough, practical, and still nice to work with. I also appreciated that they gave clear advice without trying to steer me toward the most expensive option, because that can be really frustrating when you just want a genuine recommendation. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a little longer to get a reply than I was hoping for, but once they did respond, the information was good and useful. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d be happy to shop with them again.

I had to send back some yarn because I picked the wrong shade, which was totally on me. But the return process was really simple. The steps were clear, I didn’t have to jump through hoops, and my refund showed up quicker than I expected. No stress at all. I’d definitely order from Loop again

I was kinda surprised but they really had the yarn I was looking for in stock. Most places I checked was out, so it was nice to just find everything there and not have to keep searching.

This yarn is really soft and feels great to work with. I’m happy with it overall and would definitely grab it again.

I don’t know what else people expect, but the site worked fine for me. I found what I needed quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was simple. Nothing was confusing or overcomplicated, which I appreciated.

Am I the only one who thought there would be a bigger yarn selection? They do have some really nice colors and decent options, and I did eventually find what I needed. But in a few sections, browsing felt a little limited. Not a bad experience, just not as much variety as I was hoping for

I’m still waiting on my order. The tracking has barely moved in days, so I have no idea what’s going on. Frustrating, honestly.
